Comparing a single employee to your company as a whole provides a different set of insights. You can see how someone fits in to the common company motivators, behaviors, and more.

In this example, comparing VP Brian Adams to the company reveals that he is one of the few who really is driven by money - which helps him keep company revenue in mind at all times, an important motivator for a company executive. Additionally, he shares his dominant Workplace Behavior and Ideal Workplace result with about one quarter of your company - which allows him to relate to others at the company.
