The dashboard provides your starting point for exploration. You can jump directly to any of your employee's profiles,
you can review the overall makeup of your company, or start doing one of our suggested comparisons.
In this case, we can see that nearly half of the company is highly motivated by being Inquisitive and we can
see exactly who the employees are who fall into that category. Clicking on another portion of the pie chart would
reveal who makes up the other dominant motivators at the company.
On the rest of the tour, you'll get a more in-depth look at each of these different abilities and then
we'll give you the opportunity to try out a live demo to see how it really works.
The employee profile page gives you a multitude of information and analysis about each of your
employees. The simple Key Summary Statement, which serves to boil down this employee in a single sentence, is
shown here along with the results of our four dimensions of insight.
You also have the ability to access key reports about the employee and browse through a set of 6 different
sets of management tips. Communication Do's and Dont's, Keys to Managing, Supervisory Insight, and their Strongest
and Weakest Traits are all presented to you so you can better understand and work with this person.
On the Employee to Employee comparison page, you can see directly similarities and differences between
any two of your employees. This will help you understand how they can relate to each other, and gives
insights into why they may or may not work well together.
For instance, here we can see that our IT Specialist, Adam, is strongly Inquisitive whereas Jesus, our Sales Associate, is a strong Rule Creator.
We can also see that they have very different Life Priorities that you should know about. They also each have unique traits which may serve them well
in their respective positions.
Comparing a single employee to your company as a whole provides a different set of insights. You can see
how someone fits in to the common company motivators, behaviors, and more.
In this example, comparing VP Brian Adams to the company reveals that he is one of the few who really
is driven by money - which helps him keep company revenue in mind at all times, an important motivator
for a company executive. Additionally, he shares
his dominant Workplace Behavior and Ideal Workplace result with about one quarter of your company - which
allows him to relate to others at the company.
Our Professional Growth & Development Report, available as a premium add-on to TalentScan, gives 30 pages of
customized scientific analysis and insight about a person. It covers each of the four dimensions
of insight in great depth for the benefit of each employee and the company as a whole.
Shown here is the Table of Contents for the report so you can get a quick feel for the
breadth of coverage. A sample Professional Growth & Development Report is also available for download,
and all employees in our live demo have these reports available for inspection.
Reports of this caliber have been sold for many hundreds of dollars in the past by consultants and
large report-generation companies, but we have streamlined the science to be much more cost-effective. We want
every one of your employees to have the benefit of their own Professional Growth & Development Report.
Now that you've seen a few screenshots of the sort of insights which
TalentScan can provide on your employees, we invite you to explore
the live demo site and get a good feel for the system.
After you spend some time exploring the nuances of the TalentScan service,
the next step is just as easy. You can sign-up at any time to start your 30-day trial, have your
employees take the survey, they will each receive their complementary reports,
and you will get full access to actual scientific analysis of your people.
