To initiate the refund process, please call us at (877) 809-2171 or send an email to support@talentscan.com explaining the reasons why you are unhappy with our products and a customer service representative will follow up with you within 48 hrs.

Online Subscription Fees

Online subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis and are non-refundable after the first 30 Days. With this said, we are extremely confident in the value we're delivering to you and have no problem standing behind our product by issuing you a refund at your request for any reason at any time during the first 30 Days if you don't agree! So, you will receive a 100% Refund without any hassle within 30 Days from the time you register and make your payment upon request. Given this, please be sure to begin using TalentScan right away so you and your team can begin to receive and review your reports and experience all the other value TalentScan offers within 30 Days from the time you register and make your payment.

If you request that we cancel your online subscription after this initial 30 Days trial period you will not be issued a refund. You will therefore be responsible for the full annual subscription after this initial 30 Days trial period. We hope that you agree that this is super clear, straight forward and mutually fair!

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation until you receive an email from our Support Team confirming your account cancellation.
